Our restaurant serves a menu full of delicious Middle Eastern cuisine. The selection of cold and hot food includes shawarma, roasted chicken, rice plates, and more!
Our well-stocked grocery store includes high-quality ingredients to prepare your own tasty meals at home. We also stock a large supply of local, international, and Middle Eastern dry and canned goods.
We carry a range of premium kitchenware that you can use to upgrade your kitchen. The proper tools can really take a good recipe to the next level!
Our deli is the centerpiece of our grocery store, selling fresh cuts of Halal meat at an affordable price. Stop by this meat market in the Philadelphia, PA area for premium beef, lamb, goat, poultry, and package deals.
Best customers service and the staff is Amazing ... prices are the cheapest ?
Alrayyan is a hidden gem for fresh, high-quality meat in the University City/Spruce Hill area. I've bought ground beef, chicken, lamb, etc and it's always incredibly good and well-priced. Plus, I love the variety of products they carry! So many things to try. Also have always been impressed with the kindness of the employees and the store's long hours.
Beautiful market more selections great customer service Great price
The best halal grocery store in all of Philly and surrounding areas. Very professional, clean and organized store. Great selection of meats, sauces, spices and all around groceries. They just added a whole halal deli meat section and I am super stoked as I have been looking for a decent halal place that serves deli meat for years and haven't come across a decent one until now! Prices are great too.
The freshest meat in the city. The girl at the front was so very helpful and so sweet she really made my experience Beautiful. Thank you so much for the great food and wonderful customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will definitely be back. So clean so nice and a breath of fresh air compared to other stores on that street.
Very, very fresh meat; pomegranates are ripe prickly pear. Everything's kept very crisp, clean and priced reasonably. Good place for grains, seeds and spices as well.
Excellent service, Great sandwiches & salads. Great ambiance all for a very good cost. I recommend Alrayyan Food Market!!!
We just returned from Beruit bringing home items that we could have easily purchased at the market instead of carrying them home. We had a wonderful shopping experiencing as we found good price/ sales and a large variety or selection of food. We also enjoyed eating food from the restaurant and being able to find a table to enjoy our yummy meal. The lamb platter was delicious. We will definitely be returning especially for their food and pita supply.
Wow. Just wow. Got to introduce my wife to the place today after finding it on an earlier exploration. Significant selection of things you just can't find most places. Clean store, with some parking nearby even better!
It is a great store for every one! Every thing is clean and fresh and the workers are polite! Recently, they have been bringing Persian stuff like Sadaf products!!it is awesome!hopefully they don’t stop to bring iranian products!
It’s an amazing supermarket and restaurant. The food is amazing. Anything you want is here. It’s very clean and cheap. The workers are very friendly and amazing.
Today was my first visit to ALRAYYAN on Saturday March 2, 2019 and honestly I was impressed.
This International and Middle Eastern Supermarket and Restaurant is truly above all standards I’ve ever seen anywhere else. The place is very clean, well organized and professionally managed by a friendly staff ready to assist their customers.
Wishing them all the best and success in their unique and business oriented location.
A welcome addition to the neighborhood. For such a fine selection and beautiful decor, surprisingly good prices. I hope they make Mecca Market around the corner nervous, because Mecca has held a monopoly on Arab groceries for too long.
Get gifts to take to friends at this place!
Nice spot clean good food & service .the best Middle Eastern market in Pennsylvania ?
Beautiful store. Groceries all you need. Spices and everything including a beautiful restaurant with a family section for privacy. Nice food made massive improvements since the first day of opening. Overall I see a bright future.
What an incredible grocery store! Everything is so clean and fresh, and you can tell that the owners of the store are proud of their store. I'm especially impressed with the meat section, it's so easy to find nasty old meat at nearby grocery stores but you can tell their chicken, beef, lamb, etc. Is always extremely fresh.
The prices for the beans and other dry goods are also fair, and the cheese section is actually amazing for cheese lovers.
I love coming here with my sister, there's always a nice man(owner? Manager? Not sure) who asks us how we're doing.
Always a great time shopping here!
Great staff! great food! Had a sandwich there it was excellent. The floors were spotless very clean. Everything is very fresh. I would recommend anybody eating a sandwich here...
Hands down my favorite spot in west Philly. I want to start with the friendly staff. The staff is the backbone of every business and this place has great people. I came her 3 times so far, I live a block away from here so I get some groceries and last time I was there I grabbed some dinner. I ordered shawarma platter and stuffed eggplants. I wish I wasn't so hungry and actually waited to take a picture before I devoured everything. The portions are SO generous. You're not only gonna get High quality food but also your moneys worth.
Very nice store! It is well-stocked. I was happy to find Turkish items. All of the staff was polite too. Very glad we found you!
A great addition to the community right off Penn's campus. They've got a little area where you can get prepared food and it's pretty good. The staff was incredibly kind in helping me pick something I'd like and spent time to explain things I didn't know. Ended up getting one of the shawarma chicken sandwiches and it was good. I'd say not a ton of flavor depth to it - but it'd definitely be a good lunch if you're walking in the area. I also got the lentil soup which again - wasn't incredibly complex, but paired well with the chicken shawarma sandwich.
I'm not a fan of baklava, but something just drew me to this food market. When I saw the baklava, I just knew I had to have it! It was literally, THE BEST BAKLAVA I HAVE EVER HAD!
I am so glad this place opened up! It's only been a week since they opened. The actual grocery part does not seem that big initially, but it connects with the restaurant part next door. This place is clean, nice to browse, and has a lot of inventory (I am so happy I even found Turkish simit!). They have fresh produce, a fair sized butcher section, prepared food, desserts, and of course a restaurant. In the front they have a nice display of traditional Middle Eastern tea sets and Islamic art (probably more highly priced, but these are nicely displayed).
The services from the grocery and the restaurant were so nice. They wanted to gauge how things were and willing to help with a lot of questions.
